Things are a little wet and cooler in San Diego today and will be for a few more days supposedly. I was fortunate to be able to surprise Maureen for her 50th birthday party last weekend and enjoy a few days away. She was indeed surprised and it was great to see her sister again (had only been ~13 years) and to finally meet her brother and sister-in-law. We went to the barn and watched Sarah ride her horse and see how much she has improved with her jumping. The moms enjoyed a massage before her party so it was a great time with lots of laughing.
Ryan's campground experience ended the night I left and he seems to have a better appreciation of his privileges and basic daily life. Only took three weeks! We still have a lot to work on but progress is being made.
Kelleigh didn't feel well when she got home yesterday and spent the evening and night puking. She was very mad that I wouldn't let her go to school today. She's sleeping at the moment and will hopefully feel better when she wakes up.
