I am delighted to write that the Florida house closed today and the check is in the mail! Of course if we hadn't tried to be nice we would have sold the house a year ago and the check would be bigger! It's one less thing to worry about and the buyer really wanted the house so I hope he enjoys it.

It's another drizzly, overcast day which is getting a little depressing actually. The rain is nice but the sun is nicer!
